Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for the generation of tornado aircraft / aircraft components within the Maintenance Organisation s Approval, ensuring that sufficient resources are available to deliver the Tornado Support Services contractual commitments to the Customer.
Lead a diverse team of maintenance personnel from different social backgrounds and technical trades.
Responsible for implementing and encouraging effective and expedient Error Management Reporting, addressing safety concerns and failings immediately.
Act as the focal point for their respective area-of-responsibility with regards to audits and take responsibility for addressing / rectifying all quality findings.
Responsible for the management of personnel within their area-of-responsibility with specific references to:
Time and Attendance
Mandatory Training
Competencies and Authorisations
Saudi Council of Engineering membership
Leave Policies
Responsible for monitoring the staffing levels within their area-of-responsibility, providing Age Extension applications, Succession Plans and Business Cases where necessary.
Identify and enact opportunities to improve and enhance the delivery of the TSS service and encourage a Continuous Improvement culture.
