Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform structural repairs, adjustments, and refurbishment of interior components including seats, panels, linings, galleys, lavatories, and furnishings.
  • Inspect, repair, and replace structural and composite components in accordance with approved manuals.
  • Conduct troubleshooting, defect rectification, and preparation of structural and interior parts.
  • Repair and refurbish carpets, vinyl, and soft furnishings as required.
  • Carry out workshop based tasks such as panel repair, component overhaul, surface finishing, bonding, and fitting work.
  • Support both light and heavy maintenance inputs when directed by supervisors.
  • Ensure all parts and materials used are approved, serviceable, and traceable.
  • Follow approved maintenance documentation, technical drawings, engineering instructions, and safety procedures.
  • Coordinate with team members to complete tasks within operational timelines.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to company safety and quality standards.
  • Perform additional structural or interior related workshop tasks as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

High School Certificate, Vocational Qualification, Diploma, or bachelor s degree in Aircraft Maintenance, Structures, or a related technical field.

5 years of relevant structural or interior maintenance experience

Strong understanding of aircraft structural fundamentals, repair practices, and interior component construction.

Ability to use appropriate tools, equipment, bonding materials, and workshop machinery.

Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and repair documents.

Proficient in identifying defects, performing structural repairs, and using approved repair techniques.

Good mechanical aptitude, problem solving ability, and attention to detail.

Proficiency in English.
