Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for aircraft parts sales within the aviation sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Provide technical support and after-sales service to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 8 years of experience in sales, preferably within the aviation or aerospace industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Strong technical understanding of aircraft parts and components.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
