Description:

Serves as the 15G Structural Repairer Instructor under the guidance of the Aviation Institute's Technical Department Training Manager. This role involves delivering instruction for the 15G MOS Qualification Course, including academic teaching, hands-on performance training, evaluations, and developing course schedules to ensure students meet proficiency and maintenance standards. Additionally, responsible for maintaining accurate Student Training Records.

Qualifications:

Perform all the above duties, including POI technical writing, courseware development, and periodic revisions as needed.

Create, implement, and modify curriculum to meet course learning objectives.
Provide classroom and hands-on instruction using various teaching techniques and Technical Publications to prepare students for MOS Qualification.
Perform duties in a culturally sensitive environment while maintaining a professional attitude, appearance, and approach.
Manage and maintain the assigned classroom, including equipment, tools, and supplies.
Pass an instructor qualification course in the first 90 days of hire.
Other duties as assigned and or directed by management.

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.

Compliance with Saudi Labor Law: All employment terms and conditions will be in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. Candidates must be prepared to adhere to these regulations throughout their employment.
