Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate complete aircraft turnaround processes.

  • Supervise ramp operations, baggage handling, cargo operations, and passenger boarding.

  • Lead ground service personnel to ensure smooth and safe operations.

  • Operate Ground Support Equipment (GSE) such as GPUs, tugs, ACUs, belt loaders, and aircraft stairs.

  • Conduct safety oversight, enforce airside safety policies, and deliver safety briefings.

  • Review and document daily aircraft status, timings, loading details, and reports.

  • Monitor ramp movement to ensure compliance with safety standards.

  • Perform inspections of GSE equipment and report any deficiencies.

  • Support fueling, defueling, and catering coordination.

  • Execute tasks as directed by Mukamalah Representative.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of experience in aircraft ground handling.

  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in ground services.

  • Diploma in Aviation or related discipline.

  • Strong English communication skills.

  • Preferably holds IATA/GACA Turnaround Coordination License.

  • Additional preferred certifications in:

    • Airside Health & Safety

    • First Aid & CPR

    • SMS Training

    • Airport Security Awareness

    • Emergency Response

    • Airside Driving

  • Ability to work extended hours and respond on non-working days.

Preferably with a valid Saudi driving license
