Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate complete aircraft turnaround processes.
Supervise ramp operations, baggage handling, cargo operations, and passenger boarding.
Lead ground service personnel to ensure smooth and safe operations.
Operate Ground Support Equipment (GSE) such as GPUs, tugs, ACUs, belt loaders, and aircraft stairs.
Conduct safety oversight, enforce airside safety policies, and deliver safety briefings.
Review and document daily aircraft status, timings, loading details, and reports.
Monitor ramp movement to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Perform inspections of GSE equipment and report any deficiencies.
Support fueling, defueling, and catering coordination.
Execute tasks as directed by Mukamalah Representative.
Desired Candidate Profile
8+ years of experience in aircraft ground handling.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in ground services.
Diploma in Aviation or related discipline.
Strong English communication skills.
Preferably holds IATA/GACA Turnaround Coordination License.
Additional preferred certifications in:
Airside Health & Safety
First Aid & CPR
SMS Training
Airport Security Awareness
Emergency Response
Airside Driving
Ability to work extended hours and respond on non-working days.
Preferably with a valid Saudi driving license
