Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Join our dynamic team to provide exceptional customer service and support to travelers at the airport. You will be the first point of contact for passengers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding and baggage inquiries.
- Provide timely information regarding flight schedules, delays and airport facilities.
- Manage special assistance requests for elderly, disabled or unaccompanied minors.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment in the terminal area.
- Coordinate and assist transport from the airport to the hotel.
- Report any changes, inconsistencies found to our main office.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
Advanced level of English is a must, other languages will be a plus
Previous experience in airport operations preferred.
