Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Efficiently check-in passengers, issue boarding passes, and manage baggage handling, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
- Provide accurate flight information, gate assignments, and assist with any passenger inquiries or concerns, offering exceptional customer service.
- Resolve passenger issues such as flight delays, cancellations, or lost baggage promptly and professionally, minimizing passenger distress.
- Operate and maintain check-in systems, baggage handling equipment, and other related technology with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is often necessary for operational tasks.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with airline reservation systems and check-in software is advantageous.
