Al-Sharif & KEC specializes in designing, building, and maintaining transmission systems of any configuration, length, and voltage, in any region and through any terrain. Al-Sharif Group & KEC Ltd. Company is a Joint venture of two companies namely- Al Sharif Group for Contracting and Dev. Trad (Holding) Ltd., Co, Saudi Arabia and KEC International Limited, India. This JV is a Limited Liability Company registered vides Commercial Registration No. 4030131490. The company is successfully executing turnkey infrastructure projects for Power Transmission and distribution works in Saudi Arabia and has recently entered into the cabling business as well. The main customer in Saudi for this JV Company is the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC). In Saudi Arabia, Company is in this business since 1997 corresponding to Hijri 1418, and secured orders of approx. SR 6.2 billion to date. 51% share capital of the company is with Al-Sharif Group whereas KEC is holding 49% share capital.
