Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all aluminum fabrication and installation activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Directly supervise a team of aluminum fabricators and installers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Manage the allocation of manpower, tools, and equipment to maximize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections of aluminum work to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to aluminum fabrication and installation.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, enforcing safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and address concerns.
- Ensure all aluminum work meets industry standards and client expectations for quality and aesthetics.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent; a relevant technical degree is a plus.
- Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in aluminum fabrication and installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of aluminum materials, fabrication techniques, and installation methods.
- Shows proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Displays excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Possesses strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of addressing on-site challenges.
