Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare aluminum surfaces for polishing by meticulously removing imperfections like scratches, oxidation, and welding marks using various abrasive tools and techniques.
- Operate and maintain polishing equipment, including buffing wheels, grinders, and sanders, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Execute precise polishing procedures to achieve specified finishes, such as mirror-like, satin, or brushed, based on project requirements.
- Inspect polished surfaces for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and making necessary adjustments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- Holds relevant vocational training or certification in metal polishing or finishing, showcasing specialized skills.
- Has a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in aluminum polishing within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Demonstrates proficiency in operating and maintaining polishing equipment, including grinders, sanders, and buffing machines.
