Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Precisely cut and shape aluminum components using specialized tools and machinery, ensuring adherence to blueprints and specifications for structural integrity.
- Expertly weld aluminum parts, employing various techniques like MIG or TIG welding, to create strong, seamless joints and meet stringent quality standards.
- Assemble aluminum structures, frames, and products, paying meticulous attention to detail and alignment to guarantee structural soundness and aesthetic appeal.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to understand project requirements and translate them into accurate fabrication and assembly.
- Operate and maintain a range of fabrication equipment, including saws, grinders, and welding machines, ensuring their proper function and safety.
- Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications, and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Prepare surfaces for welding and finishing, including cleaning, grinding, and applying protective coatings to enhance durability and appearance.
- Collaborate with team members, sharing expertise and assisting in completing projects efficiently and effectively.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations and protocols, using personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting efficiency and safety in the workshop or on-site location.

- Secures certifications in welding (e.g., AWS) or specific aluminum fabrication techniques, validating expertise.
- Holds a relevant vocational certificate or apprenticeship in aluminum fabrication or a related field, showcasing formal training.
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation of basic knowledge and skills.
