Aluminum Quantity Surveyor QS KBS Aluminum Installation

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our office team and handle quantity take-off, cost estimation, and quotation preparation for aluminum and glazing works.

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural and shop drawings for aluminum, façade, and glazing works

• Use AutoCAD to measure and calculate quantities accurately

• Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates

• Prepare and issue quotations, tender pricing, and commercial proposals

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to obtain material pricing

• Verify project specifications, system requirements, and scope details

• Ensure quotations are aligned with project drawings and client requirements

• Support management with value engineering and cost optimization proposals

• Maintain records of pricing, project costs, and quotation history

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or estimation for aluminum, façade, or glazing works

• Strong AutoCAD skills for quantity take-off and drawing review

• Experience in preparing BOQs, tenders, and quotations

• Good understanding of aluminum profiles, glass, accessories, and installation methods

• Strong numerical, analytical, and commercial skills

• Office-based role with strong attention to detail and accuracy
