Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
-
Co-create and operationalise the vision and mission of the Alumni programme
-
Develop a roadmap with key initiatives, communications and KPIs
-
Design and launch user-centric experiences through events, content, and the digital platform
-
Craft and curate content for various communication mediums/ platforms
Alumni Engagement & Community Building
-
Strengthen our community through targeted outreach and relationship management
-
Create segmented engagement strategies
Digital Tools & Data Management
-
Maintain/ manage the Alumni digital platform
-
Ensure accuracy of data and segmentation, maintaining database hygiene and performance tracking
-
Leverage data insights to improve engagement, programme personalisation and reporting
Stakeholder Collaboration
-
Partner with Human Capital, Communications, and other internal departments to align programme goals with business priorities
-
Act as a point of contact for alumni inquiries and internal stakeholder coordination
-
Scope out and manage external stakeholders to support programme offerings
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- 5-7 years of professional experience in programme management, community engagement and/or Alumni programmes
- Demonstrated experience building and running initiatives with measurable impact
- Ability to develop strong relationships and manage multiple stakeholders
- Robust project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
- Comfortable with data tools including Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
Preferred:
- Experience working in/with large multinational companies or professional services
- Familiarity with alumni relations (corporate, university, or network-based communities)
- Regional experience across the Middle East with a strong external network and cultural fluency in stakeholder engagement
