Role: AM Finance: Transaction (SAP HANA/ Account Receivable/ Audit/Controllership)

Must have experience in FMCG Company

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Assistant Manager Finance (Transactions) will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, audit coordination, accounts receivable management, and controllership functions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency within the UAE business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transaction Management

• Supervise and review day-to-day financial transactions.
• Ensure accurate recording of revenue, expenses, and intercompany transactions.
• Monitor compliance with IFRS and internal financial policies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

2. Audit & Compliance

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of recommendations.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and corporate tax requirements.

3. Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Oversee AR processes including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Monitor customer aging and ensure timely collections.
• Review credit limits and coordinate with sales for risk mitigation.
• Lead customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

4. Controllership

• Strengthen internal financial controls and SOP adherence.
• Monitor financial risks and implement control frameworks.
• Prepare financial reports and variance analysis for management review.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with group reporting standards.

5. Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with sales, supply chain, and commercial teams for financial alignment.
• Coordinate with regional and corporate finance teams.
• Support management with financial insights and performance analysis.
