Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager Finance with strong experience in Accounts Receivable, Audit, and Controllership, preferably from the FMCG industry. The candidate should have sound financial knowledge and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end receivables and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) process including billing, collections, and reconciliation
- Monitor debtor ageing and ensure timely collections
- Support internal and statutory audit processes
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Assist in controllership activities, including reporting and internal controls
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for AR follow-ups
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Key Requirements:
- CA or MBA (Finance)
- 4 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Strong exposure to Accounts Receivable, Audit, and Controllership
- Must have experience in FMCG industry
- Good analytical and communication skills
