1. Process Optimization & Improvement

• Monitor and analyze rebar rolling processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Support initiatives to improve yield, reduce rejections, and enhance mill productivity.
• Assist in implementing process improvement projects aligned with plant objectives.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect and analyze production, quality, and energy data from the rolling mill.
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights for process enhancement.

3. Process Monitoring Rolling Mill

• Track key parameters such as rolling temperature, speed, mill utilization, and downtime.
• Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) for process deviations and quality issues.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process norms.

4. Quality & Yield Improvement

• Work with quality and operations teams to reduce defects and improve product consistency.
• Support initiatives for minimizing scale loss, cobbles, and rejection rates.
• Contribute to cost reduction through improved process control.

5. Cross-functional Coordination

• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality departments.
• Participate in technical discussions, audits, and review meetings.
• Support training of shop-floor teams on process best practices.
