Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The AM Quality Assurance role is pivotal within an organization, ensuring that all products and services meet established quality standards before reaching consumers. As a Quality Assurance professional in Asset Management, you will focus on maintaining and elevating the standards of both internal processes and external output. Your responsibility extends from the conceptual stages of product development to post-market analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality standards, prevent defects, and implement improvements. The ideal candidate will bring analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements. This role is crucial for preserving the integrity and reputation of the company, fostering customer trust and satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality assets.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and standards company-wide.
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing on materials, equipment, and procedures.
- Collaborate with product development teams to integrate quality controls into design plans.
- Analyze quality assurance data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance processes and protocols.
- Lead and manage the complaint investigation process to ensure compliance and resolution.
- Ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met and thoroughly documented.
- Facilitate quality audits, both internal and external, to verify process adherence.
- Maintain detailed records of quality assurance testing, inspections, and audits.
- Continuously improve quality assurance processes to boost overall efficiency and reliability.
- Develop risk management strategies related to quality assurance and product release.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure product specifications and requirements are met consistently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role is required.
- Proficient understanding of industry-specific regulations and quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and rectify quality issues.
- Excellent communication skills for effective reporting and team collaboration.
- Experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor your team in quality processes.
- High level of technical aptitude in using analytical tools and software.
