Strategic Gears is one of the largest local management consultancies in Saudi Arabia, and the market leader in providing multidisciplinary services for both the private and public sectors. The company offers consulting solutions in the areas of Strategy, Marketing, Operations & Organizational Excellence, and Digital, to a range of clients in both the public and private sectors. The company is heavily involved in the transformation era of Saudi Arabia, driven by the Vision 2030 initiative, in engagement with various government organizations and the Vision Realization Programs as well as the private sector. Strategic Gears has delivered projects in more than 17 sectors for the most well-known entities in the public sector including ministries, regulatory authorities, and the Saudi Stock Exchange, as well major private sector entities in the Kingdom. Today, Strategic Gears has offices in Riyadh and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, as well as an office in Cairo and in London. The company is currently expanding its operations in Cairo and is hiring to support this growth.
Strategic Gears is looking for a Business Analyst to join the team in Egypt. Ideally, you will have consulting experience gained through previous work experience.
Responsibilities
    • Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion
    • Create projects, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance
    • Assist with project management for selected projects
    • Help design, document, and maintain business process
    • Define and own business analysis process and conduct continuous improvement to these processes
    • Represent the company as required in meetings with clients and partners
    • Assist in defining project scope and objective
Qualifications
    • Great analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
    • Superior presentation and negotiation skills
    • Strong management and organizational skills
    • Excellent document development through MS office
    • 1-2 years of experience in relevant fields
    • Fluent in both English & Arabic
