Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To support the reliability of MWSPC plant assets by analyzing equipment performance, identifying failure trends, and contributing to predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime, improve operational efficiency, and ensure safe and reliable operations.

  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance, reliability trends, and failure data.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support development and optimization of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Track KPIs (e.g., availability, MTBF, MTTR) and provide reliability reports and insights.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve asset performance and reduce downtime.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and reliability programs (e.g., CBM, RCM).

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.

2 5 years of experience in reliability, maintenance, or asset performance analysis within industrial or process plants.

Knowledge of reliability concepts and tools (e.g., RCA, RCM, CBM, FMEA).

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SAP PM, Excel, or similar systems).

Basic understanding of plant equipment and maintenance strategies in a heavy industrial environment.
