Analyst - Warehouse AAMRO FREIGHT & SHIPPING SERVICES LLC

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and maintain inventory in the warehouse, including the physical allocation of parts into bins.

· Perform regular inventory and cycle counts to ensure 100% accuracy at all times.

· Prevent damage to inventory by ensuring proper handling and storage.

· Optimize warehouse space utilization by maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

· Maintain & manage inventory levels in the in-house warehouse management system and ensure 100% accuracy

· Oversee inbound and outbound stock processes, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) /ERP software.

· Execute loading and unloading operations.

· Establish priority picking/packing for orders.

· Route, schedule, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.

· Inspect and verify products, materials, and equipment before storing them in the warehouse.

· File all relevant documentation, including picklists, pack lists, and shipment-related documents.

· Maintain item records, document essential information, and develop reports to project inventory status.

· Inspect and verify products, materials, and equipment before storing in the warehouse and at the time of outbound, by ensuring the quality check completion and the loader completes the loading checklist. Also, capture a picture of the outbound for future reference in case any customer raises any complaints.

· Coordinate with customers for deliveries

· Perform other assigned office maintenance and delivery assistance duties.
