Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1) Warehouse Design – Selection & Validation
Understanding high‑level business requirements and future vision
Supporting warehouse operational layout validation
Assisting in selection and validation of appropriate racking types
Performing capacity and throughput validations
2) Internal PMO Support
Coordinating and aligning internal stakeholders on project activities
Identifying and highlighting internal and external business risks
Maintaining central tracking of multi‑DC projects
3) Best Practices & Analytics
Capturing and implementing cross‑country best practices and learnings
Developing and maintaining standard design and analysis templates
Performing data analysis for SKU profiling, storage optimization, throughput, and process matrices to support automation and storage solutions
Desired Candidate Profile
Core Skills: Warehouse layout and capacity validation, SKU/storage/throughput analysis, racking concepts, PMO support (tracking & risks) Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies is preferred (Advanced Excel (analysis & modelling); basic exposure to Power BI, PowerPoint, Visio/AutoCAD)
Incumbent must have solid understanding of Business Processes and the capability to identify areas for optimization and improvement Candidate must possess Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data and making data-driven recommendations
