Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for routine and breakdown maintenance of online/process analyzers and analyzer sampling systems to ensure accurate, reliable, and safe plant operation in Oil & Gas facilities.

Routine inspection, calibration, testing, and maintenance of online analyzers
Troubleshooting of analyzer faults, signal issues, and communication errors
Maintenance of Gas Chromatographs (GC), H S, O , Moisture, pH, Conductivity, and Hydrocarbon analyzers
Inspection and maintenance of analyzer shelters, sample conditioning systems, probes, filters, regulators, and tubing
Support during commissioning, startup, shutdown, and turnaround activities
Analyzer loop checking, verification of analyzer signals to DCS/PLC systems
Handling calibration gases, span/zero checks, and analyzer documentation

Maintain maintenance logs, calibration records, and work permits

Desired Candidate Profile

Only Indian candidates preferred

Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics

Minimum 5 years field experience in Oil & Gas analyzer maintenance
