Roles & Responsibilities



Role & responsibilities

Install, calibrate, and maintain various process analyzers including:

Gas Chromatographs (GC)

pH, Conductivity, and DO analyzers

Oxygen, CO, NOx, Sox, H2S, and moisture analyzers

TOC, CEMS, and stack emission analyzers

Troubleshoot analyzer malfunctions and ensure timely restoration of equipment functionality.

Conduct routine preventive maintenance in accordance with OEM guidelines.

Assist in commissioning and start-up of analyzer systems during project execution or turnaround activities.

Maintain analyzer sample conditioning systems, including filters, regulators, and sample lines.

Ensure proper documentation and recording of calibration and maintenance activities using SAP or other maintenance systems.

Follow all safety procedures and participate actively in safety programs and toolbox talks.

Support compliance with environmental and product quality regulations by ensuring continuous and accurate analyzer readings.

Work closely with the control systems team, process engineers, and operations to resolve instrumentation-related issues.

Participate in reliability improvement initiatives and root cause analysis for recurring problems.


Preferred candidate profile


Solid understanding of process analyzer technologies and sample conditioning systems.

Familiarity with international standards (e.g., ISA, IEC) is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

Hands-on expertise in analyzer calibration and troubleshooting.

Familiar with hazardous area classification (ATEX/IECEx) and safe work practices.
