Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build advanced applications and SDKs for the Android platform.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Android applications from concept, design, development to testing, deployment, and release.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Handle APK build systems, dependency management, and code modularization effectively.
  • Work with CI/CD tools and GitHub workflows to automate testing, release, and publishing.
  • Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Android trends and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Android development using Kotlin and Java.
  • Ability to switch to Flutter if needed.
  • Proven experience in building and shipping Android apps or SDKs independently.
  • Solid understanding of Android architecture components, lifecycle management, and threading.
  • Experience managing releases, pipelines, and publishing workflows (e.g., Play Store, GitHub Actions).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to integrate third-party packages and system-level tools as needed.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
