You will work closely with a creative team throughout the storyboarding and visualisation phases, ensuring that the animation aligns with the project's narrative and brand messaging. The process is highly collaborative, with regular input and supervision from the creative team, and your expertise will be valued in both technical and creative decision-making. Each stage of the project will require sign-off from the team, fostering a partnership that leverages your animation skills and creative insight.Deliverables- Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and visual concepts for the anime project- Translate scripts and story beats into engaging animated sequences- Provide technical and creative guidance throughout the animation process- Incorporate feedback from the creative team at each key stage- Ensure all deliverables meet the agreed-upon quality standards and deadlinesRequirements- Proven experience in anime-style animation, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work- Proficiency in industry-standard animation software (e.g., Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, TVPaint, or similar)- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual narrative in animation- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with creative teams- Ability to provide both technical and creative input throughout the project lifecycle- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet project deadlines- Availability for ongoing collaboration and feedback sessions- Experience working on client-driven projects is a plusAbout TwineTwine is a leading freelance marketplace connecting top freelancers, consultants, and contractors with companies needing creative and tech expertise.
