As an Animator at WonderEight, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning animations and motion graphics that enhance the overall impact of our clients branding and marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the senior animators and our creative team to develop compelling animated content that communicates our clients messages effectively and drives engagement.

Your Role is to

• Animation and Motion Graphics: Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality 2D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects that align with clients brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Incorporate sound and music into animations to enhance the overall viewer experience. Produce animations for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and more.
• Storyboarding: Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and animatics that outline the animation sequences and visual narrative for each project.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, provide creative input, and ensure their feedback is incorporated into the animation process.
• Project Management: Manage multiple animation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of animators and ensure they produce high-quality animations on time and per the agency s standards.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creatives to integrate animation seamlessly into overall marketing campaigns, and understand project objectives and client requirements.
• Technical Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software tools to continuously improve animation techniques and capabilities.
• Quality Control: Review and refine animations to ensure they meet the agency s and clients quality standards, paying attention to detail, timing, and overall aesthetic.
