Roles & Responsibilities

The API Governance specialist will interact with both internal teams and external clients and partners

  • Advise and guide ADP R&D teams on API development and priorities
  • Liaise with Enterprise Architecture on new API requirements and API related questions
  • Understand Integration use cases and provide consultancy to clients and partners
  • Follow-up on API readiness of ADP Systems
  • Validate, control and report on API development quality and business readiness
  • Track API development progress and alert accordingly
  • Maintain leadership expertise on current technology, trends, and practices in API management and security.
  • Contribute to the API automated testing process and tool
  • Support product management
  • Bridge between functional integration usecases and technical API design

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

  • Experience working in a client service/customer service environment.
  • Proficient in data structures, ., . architecture
  • Knowledge of Integration and data migration is a plus.
  • Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands.
  • Ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the partners and as part of a team to accomplish tasks.
  • Experience to work in an international organization with both remote and onsite colleagues
  • Strong partner relationship skills include the ability to influence partners and guide them to the best solution to help resolve their client needs.
  • Fluent in English any other language is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards.
  • Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise and escalate to the appropriate level.
