Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor, raise, track, and resolve API-related issues through ticketing systems, ensuring timely follow-up until full resolution
Investigate order flow issues across systems (POS Service Provider Platform status updates)
Analyze logs, API responses, and error messages (JSON) to identify root causes
Coordinate closely with external Service Providers (e.g., POS partners) and internal teams to resolve integration issues
Provide clear, structured updates to stakeholders on issue status, impact, and resolution
Support UAT, go-live, and post-go-live phases to ensure stable integrations
Validate fixes and confirm data accuracy after issue resolution
Maintain strong ownership of incidents, ensuring no issue is dropped or left unresolved
Document issues, resolutions, and recurring problems for knowledge sharing and process improvement
Contribute to improving operational processes, monitoring, and escalation flows Hands-on role working with real-time API integrations and live order flows
Direct exposure to POS systems and leading Service Providers in the food-tech ecosystem
High ownership role with end-to-end responsibility for issue resolution
Strong cross-team and external partner collaboration

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience
Basic technical understanding of APIs and system integrations
Experience using ticketing systems to raise, track, and resolve issues
Ability to understand order flows across integrated systems
Comfortable reading logs, error messages, and JSON responses (no coding required)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High sense of ownership and accountability until issue resolution
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners
