Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Managing and organizing the daily workflow within the law office.
- Following up on litigation, appeals, and cassation cases efficiently and professionally.
- Supervising legal files, organizing documents, and ensuring continuous follow-up.
- Communicating and following up with clients, colleagues, and relevant authorities in a professional manner.
- Monitoring appointments, court hearings, legal procedures, and administrative matters related to the office.
- Preparing and reviewing legal memoranda and legal work, with regular follow-up.
- Supervising the workflow within the office and ensuring that all required tasks are carried out properly and on time.
- Taking responsibility for office management and making the necessary organizational decisions to ensure efficient performance.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of clients legal files, case information, and all work-related data.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required: Female Appeals / Cassation Lawyer to work as a Legal Office Manager.
- The applicant must have strong legal experience in litigation, appeals, and the management of legal files, with full ability to manage the office, organize workflow, and follow up with clients and colleagues.
- Previous experience in managing law offices is preferred, along with good judgment, responsibility, a leadership personality, and a high ability to organize and follow up.
- Applicants who already have their own private office may apply, provided that they are fully available and capable of managing the work efficiently.
- Seriousness and commitment are required, as well as proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office.
