Roles & Responsibilities

Support and maintain business applications to ensure smooth daily operations 

Act as the main contact for users, helping resolve application-related issues

Configure and update systems based on business needs

Work with IT teams and vendors on improvements, upgrades, and fixes

Assist with testing, deployment, and basic user training

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field br>

2+ years of experience in application or software supportbr>

Good understanding of business applications (ERP, CRM, or similar systems)br>

Strong communication and problem-solving skillsbr>

Basic knowledge of databases or scripting is a plus.br>

Advanced knowledge of Docker deployments and Linux systemsbr>

Basic knowledge of virtualization, MacOS and Windows systems.br>

Moderate knowledge of Proxy servers, Git and automation tools.br>
