Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 technical support for Open Finance applications.

Successfully resolve technical incidents raised by TPPs, PASPs, and in SAMA Confluence.

Monitor system alerts, application logs, and performance metrics to detect issues and prevent service interruptions.

Perform incident analysis, recovery, and validation, collaborating with development, middleware, and infrastructure teams.

Support integrations of microservices hosted on OpenShift and related clusters.

Assist with technical development for Open Banking programs.

Support deployments, maintenance of environments, and DR operations following approved change management processes.

Ensure end-to-end application stability, adherence to bank security guidelines, and operational standards.

Generate and manage monthly SAMA APIC reports.

Maintain detailed runbooks, deployment records, readiness checklists, and contribute to continuous service reliability and automation improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 8+ years of experience in relevant field

  • Act as the primary production support engineer for Open Banking, including handling after-hours support.
  • Successfully resolve technical incidents raised by TPPs, PASPs, and in em>SAMA Confluence/em>.
