Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Oracle developers, data engineers, and analysts.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure successful and timely project delivery.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.

Oracle EBS Development & Support

• Oversee technical development and customization within Oracle EBS, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows (RICEW).
• Ensure code quality, development standards, and best practices are consistently applied.
• Collaborate with functional teams and business users to deliver effective solutions.

Incorta Data Warehouse & Analytics

• Manage the design, development, and optimization of the Incorta data warehouse.
• Oversee schema design, ETL/data ingestion processes, and performance tuning.
• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver insightful dashboards and advanced analytics.
• Ensure seamless integration between Oracle EBS and Incorta for effective data flow.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for application initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align IT solutions with business objectives.
• Provide regular status updates and technical guidance to leadership.
