Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Liaising closely with the Production and Sales Team

  • Competent knowledge in both the production & manufacturing methodologies of duct accessories - to ensure shop drawings supplied to the client are not misleading & comply with the estimate

  • Regularly maintaining project related documentation.

  • Reporting on the jobs progress and drawing completion - before the cutting list is prepared and production commenced in the factory

  • Coordination with customers for obtaining customer approval on drawings

  • Ensuring timely completion of all allocated projects

  • Complying with project status updates - adjusting activities as needed to meet project timelines

  • Coordinate resolution of production problems

  • Ensuring conformance - to customer specifications, company standards as well as other regulation requirements

  • Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from customers to ensure that they conform to products to be manufactured

  • Explain drawings to production teams and provide adjustments as necessary

  • Coordinate with production to get Daily Production updates to accurately show jobs in progress, and scheduled jobs.

  • Work with Production team to set production targets, and provide regular updates on any variances.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • BE Mechanical or equivalent Qualification

  • Must have min 2 yrs experience in handling application and estimation of HVAC products

  • Min 2 yrs experience handling HVAC Accessories Dampers Ducts Grilles Diffusers Louvers Sound attenuators access doors , in a production facility
