Roles & Responsibilities
- 3-5 years of experience in AC equipment sales and technical support.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, AC equipment, and applications.
- Experience with sales support, customer relationships, and technical proposals.
- Proficiency in software tools like HAP, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HVAC equipment sales and technical support.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, various types of HVAC equipment, including technical selections, design, installation, and operation.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in using HAP software, well-versed in AutoCAD, MS Office suite. Ability to prepare quotations, BOQ, equipment summaries, cost estimate sheets, and technical presentations.
- Calculations and Analysis: Ability to independently carry out and optimize technical selections of HVAC equipment, perform ESP calculations, pump head calculations, use duct and pipe sizing software, and HVAC equipment selection software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate technical information to customers and consultants.
- Sales Background: Having a sales background is an added advantage.
