Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Technical Expertise & Support

    • Deliver in-depth product demonstrations and training on cable fault location, VLF testing, and partial discharge systems.

    • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers, distributors, and internal teams.

    • Assist in interpreting test results and recommending diagnostic actions.

  • Customer Engagement

    • Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.

    • Conduct on-site visits, seminars, and webinars to educate clients on best practices and emerging technologies.

    • Support trade shows, exhibitions, and technical events as a subject matter expert.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in cable testing, insulation diagnostics, or partial discharge analysis.

  • Strong understanding of MV/HV cable systems, PD phenomena, and testing methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.

  • Familiarity with Megger equipment is a plus.
