Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to distributors and end customers across the MENA region
  • Advise customers on suitable automation solutions based on their needs
  • Support the sales team in pre-sales and post-sales activities, including product selection and technical offers
  • Communicate directly with customers, both remotely and on-site, to understand requirements and follow up on projects
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and support application optimization
  • Assist with on-site installation and commissioning of automation solutions
  • Deliver product presentations and customer training
  • Contribute to the implementation of product strategies and tailored customer solutions

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

  • Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience, preferably in industrial automation
  • Basic to good knowledge of pneumatic and electric automation systems
  • Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills; German is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the MENA region
  • Customer-oriented, flexible, independent, and a strong team player
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of engineering software is an advantage
