Roles & Responsibilities
Handle technical inquiries and provide product/application support to clients
Prepare quotations for HVAC projects based on requirements and specifications
Support the sales team by recommending suitable HVAC solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate proposal submissions
Maintain clear documentation related to quotations, client requirements, and technical queries
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Strong communication skills and customer-facing confidence
Good technical understanding and problem-solving ability
