Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Application Integration Manager
The manager's responsibilities will include:
- Technical installations and product settings
- Writing the documentation
- Production deployments
- Monitoring the team's collective and individual objectives
- Setting semi-annual/annual objectives and evaluating employees
- Developing employee skills
- Planning technical and soft skills training
- Upskilling the team and new recruits
- Managing employee career plans: internal mobility, promotions, career paths
- Activity reporting
- Monitoring performance indicators and identifying areas of concern
- To be responsible for operational monitoring and delivery quality
Desired Candidate Profile
A graduate of an engineering school or with a technical university degree, you have at least 8 years of experience in IT and a minimum of 5 years in IT production:
- Profile focused on approach, efficiency capable of setting up a framework (KPIs, objectives, roadmap) to monitor it and to ensure compliance by the teams.
- Commitment, initiative, organization, methodology and conflict management.
- Effective management of escalations.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- ITIL, Linux Redhat, SQL and other certifications will be assets.
