Company Profile/Description:


A Leading Manufacturer of a premium and advanced piping products in the UAE is looking for highly skilled and motivated Application & Sales Support Piping Technician to expand their sales operations in the UAE and GCC.


Job Description:


  • Understand and analyze the customers’ piping requirements/drawings.
  • Provide technical support and services to the customers for their piping work needs.
  • Generate drawings and design reports for the customers piping/water supply/chilled water systems applications.
  • Present the piping solutions to the customers and respond to their technical clarification requirements.
  • Conduct the mockup piping installations.
  • Train site plumbers and technicians for the installation procedures.
  • Visit the sites and make detailed reports of work done at various job sites.
  • Understand and follow all the standards and regulations for piping work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections.
  • Troubleshoot and fix issues relating to the customers’ piping systems.
  • Site visits to control the installation and test procedure works, and provide technical advisory.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • ITI degree in Piping/Plumbing or Diploma degree of mechanical engineering.
  • Proven experience as a plumbing and piping technician in MEP industry is essential.
  • Complete understanding of water distribution and chilled water systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
  • Familiar with plumbing tools and equipment.
  • Having at least 4-5 years work experience in UAE market is necessary.
  • Highly result oriented and committed to the responsibilities.
  • Strong communication, training skills required.
  • Having warm and friendly personality.
  • Ability and willing to fast learning and work in a team.
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written) and other languages will be strong advantage (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/Malyalam).
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, Excel, and MEP drawings.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an essential must.
