Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement application security policies aligned with standards such as OWASP and NIST

Perform regular application security assessments, including vulnerability scanning and penetration testing for applications and APIs

Review source code from a security perspective to identify potential weaknesses and risks

Manage and operate application security tools such as WAF, API Security platforms, SAST, and DAST solutions

Monitor security alerts, investigate application-related incidents, and lead response and remediation activities

Desired Candidate Profile

Ability to perform source code reviews from a security perspective

Experience in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing for web and API-based applications

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating security into DevSecOps workflows

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities

Strong documentation and reporting skills

Certifications Preferred: CEH, CSSLP, GWAPT, Security+ or CISSP or equivalent application security certifications
