About the Job Job Scope

The employee is responsible for providing after-sales support and addressing any product-related issues in coordination with the head office, specifically for hospitals across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Serve as the point of contact for incoming inquiries related to billing issues, proof of delivery, account statements, and other related matters.
  • Represent the company in government-related processes, including tenders, contract signing, and submission of required documents.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and sales departments to ensure accurate and timely product delivery, address any issues that may arise, and follow up on final receipts.
  • Coordinate with finance to follow up on sales accounts, collect payments from clients, and ensure proper banking and documentation of receivables.
  • Perform regular field visits across the KSA to support sales activities, deliver documents, collect receipts, and ensure follow-up on governmental procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Diploma Certificate
  • Minimum Experience: A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the medical equipment or healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Knowledge of healthcare sector operations and familiarity with MOH procedures is a plus.
