Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administer and support conversational workflows using a low-code/no-code workflow-based AI platform.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with internal technical teams and platform vendors.

  • Integrate and validate REST API connections for transactional intents.

  • Monitor performance, intent success rates, and error logs.

  • Ensure compliance with privacy, regulatory, and security requirements.

  • Provide L2/L3 support for conversational AI applications.

  • Collaborate with business units to enhance and optimize use cases.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4 -7 years of experience in Application Support or Conversational AI support roles.

  • Experience managing SaaS platforms and multi-vendor coordination.

  • Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.

SKILLS

  • Experience supporting workflow-driven conversational AI platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and integration troubleshooting.

  • Understanding Speech Recognition, Text-to-Speech, NLP concepts.

  • Familiarity with contact center or digital engagement technologies.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
