Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Provide Level 2 support (analysis and ticket processing)
- Manage the Tier 1 Help Desk support team and oversee the development of skills (Knowledge Management)
- Ticket tracking with app editors
- Drafting of technical and methodological support documentation
- Contributing to the implementation of new tools and methods
- Participate in the improvement of support processes
