Job description

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide Level 2 support (analysis and ticket processing)
  • Manage the Tier 1 Help Desk support team and oversee the development of skills (Knowledge Management)
  • Ticket tracking with app editors
  • Drafting of technical and methodological support documentation
  • Contributing to the implementation of new tools and methods
  • Participate in the improvement of support processes
