Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Application/Technical Engineer to support our projects
across the region. This role involves technical product integration, client support, site visits, and
ensuring efficient installation and commissioning of ACO systems. The ideal candidate will combine
strong engineering knowledge with hands-on experience and excellent communication skills. A
valid KSA driving license is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Main tasks, including but not limited to:

Familiarization of all ACO Product and explaining value in use, availability and technical
support.

1. Exceptional understanding and analyzing the specification of the project to identify and
select the appropriate product requirements.
2. Identify and visit projects as agreed with the regional team.
3. Develop and implement technical plans for integration of new products into the main
business systems.
4. Value engineer projects to maximize the benefit to the contractor and client.
5. Will Translate and explain technical aspects of a product.
6. Prepares drawing base on clients requirements.
7. Prepares drawing for submittal.
8. Prepares BOQ and pricing/quotation based to project requirements.
9. Assisting the contractor/client for the installation of ACO Product based to installation
recommendation.
10. Identify and Co-ordinating with business development team and build technical and
commercial relationships at site, regional and national office level.
11. Installing and performing diagnostic tests on ACO equipment/Product at site.
12. Visiting the site for Product inspection based to installation details.
13. Visiting the site for Testing and Commissioning of the Equipment/Product.
14. Troubleshooting mechanical/electrical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing
repairs.
15. Documenting processes and preparing report.
16. Identifying the spare part required and its availability.
17. Optimizing the program efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.
18. Performing actual Training to the project end-user on the safe and efficient use of ACO
machinery, equipment and product.

Requirements and Skills:

1. Degree in Civil or Mechanical/Electrical engineering technology, or similar.

2. A minimum of two years' experience as a Civil or Mechanical/Electrical engineer in a related industry.

3. Extensive knowledge of Civil or Mechanical/Electrical engineering designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs.

4. Proficiency in Civil or Mechanical/Electrical engineering design/reading diagram and diagnostic testing software.

5. Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

7. Great organizational and time management abilities.

8. Willingness to work, visit the site, perform mechanical maintenance and repairs outside of business hours.

9. Proficient in AutoCAD and other drawing software.

10. KSA Driving license is a must
