Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications.
Well experienced in both frontend and backend technologies
Possess leadership skills to mentor and guide the development team
Develop and maintain web applications using technologies like .NET, Node.js, Java, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and build new features.
Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
8+ years of experience in full-stack application development
Proficient in frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js frameworks.
Strong knowledge of back-end development using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
Experience with MYSQL, SQL Server and database design.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Excellent leadership skills, communication skills and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
