Your Mission

Ensure the smooth and continuous availability of our IBM Maximo and Kronos applications. You ll be the first line of support for users, manage vendor relationships, and keep our systems running efficiently supporting daily operations across our hospitality and entertainment experiences.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with users, vendors, and internal teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.

What You ll Be Doing

  • First-level support for Maximo & Kronos users
  • Configure and customize applications based on business needs
  • Lead testing and UAT sessions
  • Design dashboards, KPIs, workflows, and reports (IBM BIRT)
  • Manage user accounts and security roles
  • Support integrations with Oracle Fusion, MSAD, and other tools
  • Deploy and monitor Maximo Application Suite (MAS) using OpenShift
  • Administer WebSphere, JBoss, and containerized environments
  • Conduct training sessions and documentation for users

What You ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • IBM MAS Certified Professional
  • 8+ years working with Maximo (functional or techno-functional)
  • 3+ years in application management

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Kronos or similar payroll systems
  • Background in the hospitality or entertainment industry
  • Oracle/SQL database administration
  • Familiarity with cloud, networking, and IT infrastructure

  • Strong understanding of asset management
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Project management and change management capabilities
  • Ability to train and support users effectively
  • Experience with ITSM best practices and data analysis
