Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Draft, Modify, and Prepare operational models to improve process efficiency.
- Gather and assist in preparation of different proposals that define the proficiency of the Center to perform research that helps in Issuers operations development.
- Assist effective relationship with Clients while making sure that major concerns are reported to the Top Management in order to resolve Equity Operations issues.
- Contribute to implementing appropriate Issuer operations practices, in order to work towards reducing complexity and streamlining its services.
- Identify, and acquire the internal and external capabilities required in order to make the Department a business enabler and a strategic advantage.
- Help in Developing reports regularly in order to highlight the controls and reviews conducted with the recommendations of the needed action needed.
- Apply the coordinate on number of activities within the Center in order to support a variety of initiatives aimed at increasing operational effectiveness.
- Help in Reviewing analysis which includes gathering data from different parts of the Center in order to analyze the data and develop recommendations/options for top management consideration.
- Assist Manage departmental projects in order to ensure project cycle completion and commitment to the Edaa guidelines and quality.
Key Accountabilities
- Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the company s standards.
- Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.
- Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
- Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
- Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.
Education and Certifications:
A Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, MIS, Finance, Accounting, Economics is required
Knowledge and Experience:
3 + years of experience in Markets, Financial Information Services or relevant industry is required
