Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Communicate with contacts to obtain medical approvals and respond to required medical inquiries, if any.
  • Follow up the cases and requests of the internal department for cases submitted by the insurance in the event of an extension request.
  • Coordination between insurance companies and hospitals in the case of transfers, transfers and emergency transfers.
  • Requesting medical reports from the roles of entering company patients or nurses and writing them on the computer to obtain medical approvals
  • Implementation of new corporate policy updates on the system, including discounts, percentages, and a piece of approvals limit.
  • Data provided by data companies.
  • Communicate with the Patient Accounts Department to report the status of medical approvals and the extension of stay for them
  • Preparing reports on the specified dates to identify problems with insurance and preservation companies and letters of problems, if any.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding medical insurance and coverage status
  • Submitting direct and other reports to the direct supervisor "Approval Department"
  • Providing a high quality level of internal and home customer service.
  • Update patient file and claims requiring approval.
