The company is the joint union of the Department of Private Properties formed in 1999 by Emiri Decree No. (3) and The Real Estate Investments Public formed in 2002 by an Emiri Decree No. (15). Promoting the business structure and the infrastructure in the Emirate.Increasing the contributions of the real estate sector in achieving the sustainable structural and economic plans of the Emirate.
